Terms and Conditions
Appointments: All services require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable under certain cancellation conditions (see Cancellation Policy).
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or additional fees.
Payments: Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. For repeat cancellations, full payment may be required upfront.
Patch Tests: For certain services, a patch test is recommended at least 48 hours before your appointment. While this is strongly advised, please note that the lash glue I use contains sensitive chemicals and does not require a patch test according to the manufacturer.
Allergies & Reactions: Please note that even if a patch test is completed, there is still a risk of allergic reactions or sensitivities, including reactions to nail chemicals. By proceeding with the service, you accept this risk.
Service Satisfaction: We aim to provide excellent service. If you have any concerns, please inform us immediately so we can address them.
Health & Safety: Please disclose any health conditions or allergies prior to your appointment. Services may be declined for safety reasons.
Liability: The business is not responsible for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from services if all pre-service instructions are not followed.
Privacy: Client information is kept confidential and used only for appointment and communication purposes.
